This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which subscriptions to Devii AI may be cancelled and the conditions under which refunds may be issued. By subscribing to a paid plan on Devii AI, you agree to this policy.
Subscription Plans
Devii AI offers monthly subscription plans (Starter, Pro, and Godmode). Each plan grants access to AI-powered tools and usage limits as described on our pricing page. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis.
Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting support.
- Upon cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- After the billing period ends, your account automatically reverts to the free plan.
- We do not charge any cancellation fees.
Refunds
Because Devii AI provides digital services and AI-generated content that is delivered instantly, payments are generally non-refundable once a plan is activated and used. However, we want our customers to be satisfied, so we consider refund requests in the following situations:
- You were charged in error or charged more than once for the same period.
- A technical issue on our side prevented you from accessing the paid features and could not be resolved.
- You request a refund within 7 days of purchase and have not substantially used the paid features.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after substantial use of the paid features.
- Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle.
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated output, where the service functioned as intended (AI results may vary and are advisory in nature).
How to Request a Refund or Cancel
To cancel your subscription or request a refund, please contact us with your account email and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.
Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card provider.
